2023年盛夏，澳中文化艺术交流协会会长赵杨先生来到北京与中国书法家协会资深会员、中国书法家协会第三届理事、中国书画院行政院长、中国禅佛书画院院长、清华大学客座教授、中国楹联学会名誉理事、文化部华夏文化遗产保护中心建筑风水研究院院长、国土资源部书画家协会主席、中央新闻媒体高级记者记怀昌先生，世界文化艺术联合会中华美术家协会副会长，中国书画院高级院士、特聘画家、艺术委员会刀画委员会主任、中国美术家交流协会副主席、中国油画研究院院长、国家一级美术师、红旗飘飘书画院特聘画家、中央电视台《公益中国》书画院副院长邹玉英先生，青年书画家、中国书画院副秘书长、海峡两岸青少年书画大赛执行秘书长、澳中文化艺术交流协会北京分会会长、北京梵花文化艺术发展中心创始人、资深策展人许可女士，青年艺术家、资深展陈设计师、中国书画院艺术总监、北京梵花文化艺术发展中心总经理张冰先生在中国书画院座谈交流。

大家就弘扬优秀书画艺术、进行国内外书画艺术交流创作与研究展开深度沟通和交谈，并确定了未来在传播优秀文化艺术方面继续合作的有关事项。

In the summer of 2023, Mr. Yang Zhao, President of the Australia China Cultural and Art Exchange Association, came to Beijing to have a discussion and exchange with Mr. Huaichang Ji, senior member of China Calligrapher Association, the third Council member of China Calligrapher Association, Executive President of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, President of China Zen Buddha Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Visiting professor of Tsinghua University, Honorary director of China Coulian Association, President of Architecture Feng Shui Research Institute of Huaxia Cultural Heritage Conservation Center of the Ministry of Culture, Chairman of the Calligrapher and Painter Association of the Ministry of Land and Resources, Senior reporter of Central News Media, and Mr. Yuying Zou , Vice president of the Chinese Artists Association of the World Culture and Art Federation, senior academician of the China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Director of the Knife Painting Committee of the Art Committee, Vice chairman of the Chinese Artists Exchange Association, President of the Chinese Oil Painting Academy, National first-class artist, special painter of the Red Flag Piaopiao Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and vice president of the CCTV "Public China" Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and Ms. Ke Xu, young calligrapher and painter, Deputy Secretary General of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Executive Secretary of Cross-Strait Youth Calligraphy and Painting Competition, President of Beijing Branch of Australia China Culture and Art Exchange Association, founder and senior curator of Beijing Fanhua Culture and Art Development Center, and Mr. Bing Zhang , young artist, senior exhibition designer, Art Director of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, General manager of Beijing Fanhua Culture and Art Development Center at the China Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Each person had in-depth communication and conversation on promoting excellent calligraphy and painting art, carrying out exchanges, creation and research of calligraphy and painting art in China and overseas, and decided to continue their cooperation in the future to jointly spread excellent culture and art.

次日，在中国书画院秘书长樊俊志先生的促成之下，赵杨先生、许可女士与中国作家协会会员、著名作家、北京燕山红文化集团董事长、中华海外联谊会常务理事、世界关公文化协会副主席、关公号船长，在京城被誉为“传统文化产业领军人物的郑桂兰女士亲切会面，并就关于弘扬中国文化、促进优秀文化艺术走向世界进行了深度交流，郑桂兰女士还就文化产业的发展和配套、艺术的商业价值以及中国文化在国际上的地位提出了许多新的见解。

The second day, through the arrangement of Mr. Junzhi Fan, Secretary General of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Mr. Yang Zhao and Ms. Ke Xu met Ms. Guilan Zheng, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a famous writer, chairman of Beijing Yanshanhong Culture Group, Executive director of the China Overseas Association, Vice chairman of the World Guan Gong Culture Association, and captain of the Guan Gong Ship, who was known as the "leader of the traditional cultural industry" in Beijing. They talked about how to promote Chinese culture and promote fine culture and art to the world. Ms. Guilan Zheng also talked about the development and support of the cultural industry, the commercial value of art and the status of Chinese culture in the world, and put forward many new ideas.

同日，赵杨先生与全国政协委员、中国美协艺委会委员、中国作协会员、法治中国诗书画院院长、中国书画院院长、中央国家机关美术家协会副主席、农工中央书画院副院长、中央文委会副主席、中央文史馆书画院研究员、中联部中国国际交流协会理事、中国行为法学会常务理事、中华诗词学会书画院副主任、最高法院特约监督员，享受政府津贴的国家一级美术师汪国新先生亲切会面，双方充分肯定了以往在共同弘扬中华传统文化艺术方面所做的努力。

在谈到首届中国书画院书画名家走进墨尔本艺术邀请展时，汪国新先生盛赞澳大利亚墨尔本当地政府、中国驻墨尔本总领事馆等有关机构对两国间的文化艺术交流活动的高度重视，还就继续共同弘扬中华传统文化艺术，促进中国优秀书画艺术进一步走出国门扩大影响力提出了指导性建议。现场参加的还有百嘉艺术总经理谢水莲女士、许可女士、张冰先生等。

On the same date, Mr. Yang Zhao met with Mr. Guoxin Wang, Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, member of the Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, member of the Chinese Writers Association, President of the Rule of Law Chinese Poetry and Painting Academy, President of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Vice Chairman of the Central State Organ Artists Association, Vice president of the Agricultural and Industrial Central Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of the Central Cultural Committee, researcher of the Central Museum of Literature and History, director of the China International Exchange Association under the International Department of the Central Committee, and a national first-class artist who enjoys subsidies. The two sides fully affirmed their previous efforts in jointly promoting traditional Chinese culture and art.

When talking about The First Coming To Melbourne Art Invitational Exhibition Of Chinese Calligraphy And Painting Masters, Mr. Guoxin Wang highly praised the Melbourne government and the consulate-general of the people's republic of china in M for attaching great importance to the cultural and artistic exchange activities between Australia and China. He also put forward suggestions on continuing to jointly carry forward traditional Chinese culture and art, and promote China's excellent painting and calligraphy art to further go out of China and expand its influence. At that time, there were also Ms. Shuilian Xie , general manager of Baijia Art, and Ms.Ke Xu, and Mr.Bing Zhang and other personnel. 

此次交流活动颇具意义，大家共抒真知灼见，共做增强中华文明传播力影响力、助推中华文化艺术更好走向世界的传播者，为中澳两国人民的友谊健康发展做贡献。
